This may be the quickest, shortest, most delicious post in history.
When we were at the Lebanon Carriage Parade we had a little cup of Eggnog frozen custard, it was amazing! Unfortunately the toddler hogged it all and I only had one bite! I have been thinking of it ever since. I had an idea too easy to even work…But it did. I got some store bought non-alcoholic Eggnog, poured it in an ice-cream freezer, added ice, and rock salt. When it turned off, EGGNOG ICE-CREAM.
(If you don’t like Eggnog, this is not the ice cream for you. It is NOT Eggnog-ish, it is EGGNOG rich!)
